Primary season is officially here and in the run for District Leader in the 65th Assembly, Jacob Goldman seeks to gain a second term. A resident of the Grand Street Cooperative for over 20 years, and owner of LoHo Realty, Mr. Goldman has naturally become an authority on Lower East Side living.
