Community Leader Nikki Lucas and City Councilman Rafael Espinal will be hosting a Town Hall, Saturday March 30, 2019 at Hope City Church (corner of Pennsylvania and New Lots). The Basement Apartment Conversion Program includes the opportunity to secure a low interest loan from the city to legally convert your basement into a livable apartment, which can be rented out. The idea of the program is to expand the housing stock in New York City, beginning with East New York.
